If you ask your child "are you being good" and they answer "yes" do not automatically assume they are telling the truth. If you do assume this you will go to their room several minutes later to find every nappy lining the floor and half a box of wipes spread in between them.
It is a myth that silence is golden. It is in fact red, black, blue, green or yellow, depending upon which colour of permanent marker your child is able to reach.
Cheese is aerodynamic. Vegetables are also aerodynamic. Tabitha is not.
And they have been the lessons of the day.
